Highly versatile player who rejoined Bournemouth in June 2010, after spending the previous three years at Leyton Orient. Stephen started his career at West Ham, joining Bournemouth in 2000 after impressing on trial. He went on to enjoy an excellent seven years at the club, proving himself in a number of positions and scored one of the greatest team goals seen in a play off final at the Millennium Stadium in 2003. Stephen made his first appearance since his return as a sub at Charlton at the start of last season, and proved to be a crucial squad member over the last two seasons.
