Online Season Ticket Renewal FAQ
Every Season Ticket holder and Half Season Ticket holder from this season has had a renewal order created for them on the Ticketing System, along with a username and password that allows them access to their order. The order is for the same seat and the same price type as this season.
IMPORTANT: Your account must have a valid email address on it to use the system. Please see below for details on how to add one if there isn't one there.
Q. Where do I go?
Click the following link: https://tickets.thecherries.co.uk/renewals
Q. How does it work?
The online renewals system allows you to pay for any outstanding order that is against your customer account. To do this, you must first go to and log-in to the system using your personal credentials. Please see below for username details and how they were generated.
Once you have logged into the system you will be informed that your password has expired and you will be asked to change it by entering your current password (the one you just logged-in with) and then a new password (twice, once for confirmation). This screen will not appear the next time you log-in if it is within 90 days of the last change.
You are then taken to a Terms And Conditions page. You must accept these conditions before continuing by pressing the Accept button.
The screen will then change to an order detail screen showing you the orders that are outstanding against your account.
Click on the order you wish to renew and you will be taken to an order detail screen.
You may change the delivery method of the order here if you wish, however postage incurs a £1 charge. Please note that there is no credit card surcharge when booking online. By default, all orders are down for collection.
Click the Continue button and you are taken to a payment screen. Simply fill in the card details and click Renew. A few seconds later and the order is complete. Assuming that the transaction was properly authorised you will receive an email.
Q . What's my username and password?
Your username has been generated by taking your Customer Number (on the inside of this year's season ticket book under Customer Ref) and adding it to "ST".
For example, Customer Number 21148 has a username of ST21148.
Your password has been generated using the unique combination of <block><row><seat>, so if your seat is in Block 12, Row M, Seat Number 76 the password will be 12M76. Please note that the row letter must be a capital.
Q. I haven't used the Online System before and its telling me I need an email address. What should I do?
To use the system you must have a valid email address registered against your account so that a payment acknowledgement may be sent to you once the transaction is completed. However, you can easily add this to your account by going to https://tickets.thecherries.co.uk and logging in using the same credentials you did for the Renewals site. This then gives you full access to maintain your account. Select the Maintain Account option and then select Contacts (middle-top of screen) Simply update the account with your email address, apply the changes and return to the Season Ticket Renewal. The transaction can then complete.
Q. I have more than one Season Ticket. Which <block><row><seat> combination do I use for my password?
If you have more than one season ticket on order, you will not know which of them has been used to generate your password. Unfortunately there is no easy way round this so please try each of the combinations in turn until you find the correct one. This may also be necessary if you have moved seats during the season.
Q. What if I want to make a change to my order?
If you wish to make a change to your order you must contact the ticket office, either through email to tickets@afcb.co.uk or in person at the Ticket Office. Changes to orders cannot be made online at this time.
