Striker Steve Fletcher says the Cherries supporters can play a huge part in the fixture at Chesterfield on Friday night.
The club's directors have put on free coach travel for supporters who purchase tickets for the clash at the b2net Stadium, and the Cherries faithful have filled six coaches ahead of the trip.
It will be the Cherries first visit to the stadium, opened in the summer of 2010, and Fletcher hopes they can give the fans something to shout about.
"It's a great effort from the supporters. A lot of people probably had to take the day off work, or should I say skive off work, it's great testament to our supporters and how loyal they are. Most of them, like the players, will be looking forward to going to a new stadium, it will be a good occasion and something for them to talk about on their long trip home," he said.

The Cherries have been in fine form recently, taking 17 points from their last eight games, but Fletcher urges his team mates not to tak their foot off the pedal.
The 39-year-old added, "We don't like to look at stats too much, all we say is you're only as good as your last performance. We were okay against Tranmere, we weren't outstanding but we did enough.
"We can still improve. We've been fantastic on some occasions and been okay on others. Sometimes that gets you a result, and it can be nice not to play particularly well and grind out results.
"We need to be disciplined and do the things that have made us successful over the last few months. We can't take our foot off the gas, because when you do you can be punished."
