Josh McQuoid made it three goals in two games with a brace against Notts County - but admitted that it felt like a loss as two injury time goals gave the visitors an unlikely point.
Josh played up front again and boosted his confidence even further with two well taken goals, and he could take the positives from that and said, "It's great for my confidence to get the goals, but at the end of the day it's about the result and the team, it's not about individuals, so it's very disappointing that we've thrown away two points which could be massive at the end of the season. We have to learn from the mistakes now and move on.
Their second goal near the end seemed to make us panic a bit and we made some silly mistakes that we would never usually make. Seeing them score with virtually the last kick of the game was tough to take. It's easy in hindsight to look back and say, why didn't we do this or that, maybe it was a bit of naivety, but whatever happened, it's hard to take and it felt like a loss.
Scoring three goals so early, I think it's only natural to think that the game is won. You can't do that at this level though, you have to keep going and score more. You can't just sit back because you can see what happens. We seemed to stop doing the things that were working so well for us, tried to be too clever and we must cut that out.
The first goal in the second half was always going to be crucial no matter when it came. We had chances and if we'd put one away, it would have been game over. As it showed though, they scored what proved to be a crucial goal and at the end of the day, it killed us."
