Eddie Howe speaks to www.afcb.co.uk after this week's speculation linking him with Peterborough;
"It is flattering and it's always nice to know that people are recognising how well the club are doing, but my first thought was that I don't want to leave because I feel I still have a big job to do here.
I have just started the job here at AFC Bournemouth and I'm not even a year in to it. I have been associated with this club for a long time and as everyone knows, it means a great deal to me. I want to continue to be here and hopefully be successful here with this team.
I include everyone in that team, that goes right from the top to the bottom, the board, the staff, the players and the supporters. I have a good relationship with the players, and that was a big factor in me staying. The supporters were also a big factor because they have been fantastic to me from day one. All the people who work for the club are fantastic and give their hearts and souls to it and I want to repay everyone's loyalty."
