The takeover at AFC Bournemouth has been completed.  The Murry Group reached an agreement and has purchased the major shareholding in the club.Adam Murry will be taking the club forward along with Eddie Mitchell, Jeff Mostyn and Steve Sly, with Neill Blake taking an active role in the running of the club.

Adam Murry is delighted that the deal has finally gone through and is relishing the tasks that lie ahead;

It will not be easy.This club has had a traumatic couple of years and it is our task to put it back on an even keel.

Off the field, many urgent issues need to be addressed and lots of questions need answering and we will endeavour to do this.

AFC Bournemouth is major part of the community and we will e launching a number of schemes to reflect this.

There has been ill feeling around the club, and this now needs to be consigned to the history books and together, we work as one and be positive, with the aim to make AFC Bournemouth a shining light in the town."
