A continued look at what happened to players who played for AFC Bournemouth last season.
MICHAEL RANKINE

Big striker who joined on loan from Rushden & Diamonds. It was with a view of a permanent move, but after just three appearances and niggling injuries, he returned to Nene Park.
MICHAEL SYMES

Striker who joined on a months loan from Shrewsbury, making his debut in the defeat at Shrewsbury. It proved to be a disappointing time for him at the club and he made the fifth and final appearance of his short stay as a substitute against Chester. He returned to the New Meadow where he was unable to gain a first team place and went back out on loan, this time to Accrington where he scored one goal in seven appearances. He was released by Shrewsbury at the end of the season.
MATT TUBBS

Local lad who joined Bournemouth from Salisbury City, his third spell at the Cherries. He scored one goal in his eight appearances, but with the departure of Jimmy Quinn at the end of his loan spell, he returned to Salisbury where he enjoyed a good second half to the campaign.
