Tuesday was a massive win for the Cherries over Aldershot with midfielder Danny Hollands playing a starring role and scoring the vital first goal. The side do it all again tomorrow against Port Vale at Dean Court (kick off 3.00 pm) and Danny has his feet firmly on the ground as they aim to start moving up the table.
"To be out of the bottom two for the first time this season is fantastic. The job isn't done yet though by any means and there is still a lot of work to be done. The next few games are massive starting with the Port Vale one. If we think for a moment that it's done and we can relax, we will get punished. We know we have to push on and try and create a gap between us and Grimsby and look to catch Chester. We are going to stay focused and try and win games and everyone is very positive. The team spirit is great, we are all sticking together and because of that, results are going well.
It's about time things went for this club. It has been a difficult time in the last couple of seasons. This season we have been 23rd in the league since the first day and that has been really tough. But we have stuck together and it is now starting to turn around and we are out of the bottom two, working well as a unit and most importantly getting the results.

We need to keep doing that and we need to do that against Port Vale who have already shown against us this season what they are capable of. It will be a tough game and they tend to do well away from home, but we are all focused on the game ahead and are looking forward to it.

Looking back at Tuesday, it was a tight game on a difficult surface. It was scrappy in the first half and we would have taken 0-0 at half time because of the conditions. To go in at 1-0 at half time was a big boost. We had the wind in the second half and we felt we did a good job. The second goal calmed everybody down and we were very focused on getting the result."
