AFC Bournemouth have secured the services of striker Blair Sturrock on a one month loan deal.

The former Dundee United, Plymouth and Rochdale striker arrives from Swindon Town and goes straight into Jimmy Quinn's squad for Saturday's game against Darlington at Dean Court.

Sturrock, 27, impressed during this week's reserve victory over Cheltenham Town, where Joe Roach's side ran out 4-1 winners.

Son of former Southampton manager, Paul, Blair joined Swindon Town in December 2006 and help them to promotion from League Two in his first year.
