Gaz Stewart Joins Community Sports Trust
Gareth Stewart has returned to AFC Bournemouth after taking up a role with the Sports Trust. Stewart will be employed as a community coach becoming involved with all aspects of the work carried out by the AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust.
Meanwhile AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust are continuing their second season in partnership with Ryvita.
During the first seasons work together a Young Fans Co-ordinator role was set up and was instrumental in organising Junior Cherries, Mascots, Cheerleaders and half time entertainment. This seasons work will continue through Alex Tunbridge who has been given the role of Young Fans Co-ordinator for 2008/2009 season.
Alex joins the Community Sports Trust having graduated from university, he will continue the work of the first seasons partnership as well as working towards implanting new ideas and launching the Cherries Roadshow which will be delivered to schools, youth football clubs and organisations.
Steve Cuss, Head of Community Sports Trust said "I'd like to thank Ryvita for their continued support and welcome Alex into the football club, I am sure the new projects proposed will prove to be a huge success".
