Pompey Match Brought Forward - Cherries Vs Pompey Monday July 21st (7.45pm)

Cherries' friendly against FA Cup winners Portsmouth has been brought forward to Monday July 21st (7.45pm).

The match was originally scheduled to take place on Tuesday July 22nd. Visitors Pompey requested the alteration due to logistical changes in their pre-season tour of Nigeria.

Portsmouth, who are on the verge of signing Liverpool and England striker Peter Crouch, carry a squad enlisting no fewer than seven former Cherries players including hugely popular ex-loanee Jermain Defoe.

Harry Redknapp's men will have the FA Cup on show prior to the match while match tickets already sold for the friendly are eligible for the new date.
