Three More Sign On - Dazza & Marvin agree new deals

Cherries midfield is in good shape for next season with news that two more players have agreed to extend their Dean Court stay.

Midfield due Darren Anderton and Marvin Bartley have both agreed to new deals with the club. In doing so, Kevin Bond has cemented the nucleus of last season's squad with thirteen professionals now secured for the coming season. In addition, Jeff Mostyn is still in negotiations with player of the year Danny Hollands.

Marvin Bartley made his name in the first team throughout the second half of last season and quickly became a crowd favourite with his passionate and bullish midfield displays. Bartley, plucked from non-league last year by Kevin Bond, has agreed a new two year deal with the club. Anderton has agreed to play out a third season with Bournemouth.

Meanwhile defender Jason Pearce has agreed a new two year deal with the club keeping him at Dean Court until 2010. Pearce signed from Portsmouth twelve months ago until 2009 and showed constant improvement during his first season with the club.
