Mossy Out For Twelve Weeks - Nightmare season continues for luckless goalkeeper

Popular goalkeeper Neil Moss has been dealt another hammer blow for this season with the news he faces around twelve weeks on the sidelines.

Mossy injured his wrist in the warm up against Cheltenham Town on Saturday and an X-ray confirmed he'd broken his scaphoid in the right wrist.

It's the same bone Marvin Bartley badly bruised at the start of the season and Mossy is due to see a surgeon for further consultation tomorrow.

His wrist will be put into a cast and depending on the surgeon's assessment, could also be operated on.

Meanwhile Darren Anderton came through a light session with Steve Hard this morning and is due to step up his work this week before returning to full training with the rest of the squad.
