Sean O'Driscoll said that both sides looked tired towards the end of the match and talked about how the preparations for an earlier kick-off and change to the routine affected that. Sean also said the two teams cancelled each other out and played in a similar fashion.

Bournemouth's Division Three play-off final remains the only ever play-off match played indoors. Coach Peter Grant spoke about the slight differences it made to the game and paid tribute to the players for following their instructions perfectly as Grant stated how difficult it would be to give them from the bench due to the higher noise levels influenced by the roof. He also compared it to winning things as a player and gave some good advice to the players before and after the match.

Bury put three up front against Bournemouth yesterday and Cherries manager Sean O'Driscoll expressed his delight at how his Bournemouth team coped. He said that Bury didn't do anything that surprised Bournemouth and expects the second leg to be an equally tight affair.

Cherries boss Sean O'Driscoll said how he told the players to treat the Carlisle game as an away play-off game and his team completed the dress rehearsal in one take. Sean was delighted with the two goals and also said how the clean sheet was important in reference to treating it as a first leg away play-off game.

Cherries boss Sean O'Driscoll confirmed after the Carlisle win that Neil Moss was feeling off colour before the game and decided to come off at half time. He's not a doubt for the play-offs and O'Driscoll also confirmed that Gulliver wishes to prolong his loan spell and now Middlesborough just need to agree to it.

Cherries manager Sean O'Driscoll learned after the 1-0 Lincoln defeat that a play-off position was assured. When asked which teams he'd like to avoid Sean said that he believed Bournemouth were the best team in the league and were more than capable of beating any team over two legs or in the play-off final.
