Although Kevin Bond was chuffed with the performance, he says the most important aspect of Saturday's match was three points to lift Cherries out of the League One relegation zone.

Here's what Kevin had to say in his post-match press conference:

"I'm just delighted to get three points in a desperately important game. Obviously the result, the manner it came, and the performance is a bonus but the most important thing for us at this moment in time is three points and I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with that.

"I thought that all the goals were quality goals. Marc Wilson's side footed pass into the back of the net for the first goal. Darren turned it round the keeper for the second and then you're on your way.

"We had a few words at half time because Orient had had chances as well and the game wasn't over. I thought the next goal would be hugely important. Thankfully for us we got it and then went on to end up comfortable winners.

"Orient had a lot of the ball got a lot of balls into the box but we defended them well. Set pieces were dangerous for them so we had to keep our wits about us and we had to defend. We needed to not give them any encouragement and in fairness to the lads they did that.

"The first two goals were great strikes and we got a couple of early goals second half but the finishing was excellent. It's important as it does the goal difference a bit of good. A clean sheet never does you any harm and gives the lads at the back and the goalkeeper confidence so all round it's been a good day for us.

"Darren is a credit to himself and a great example to the rest of the players. When you think that he's played at the very highest level we are fortunate that because he live in this part of the world that it is convenient for him to play for Bournemouth and that's a bonus for us.

"What he doesn't do is not just go through the motions. He isn't coming here just to finish off his career and collect a few quid. He wants to contribute, he trains every day and he doesn't ask for any special favours."
