Kevin on the match, Jack Cork, Warren Cummings, Curtis Allen and minor injuries to Bertrand and Cooper.

Here's what Kevin had to say after the friendly against Everton:

"It was a good positive game. Our thanks go to Everton for coming down for the match and bringing a first team. There were lots of plusses on the field so on and off the field it was a pleasing day.

"It gave the people of Bournemouth a chance to see a Premier League side and they turned up in their numbers. It gave some much needed revenue into the football club and it gave me the opportunity to introduce a couple of players we hadn't seen in a while.

"Seeing Warren Cummings back to his enthusiastic best was a great plus. I thought we defended well for the most part. Jack Cork was a different class and I'm delighted to have him back. It allowed us to put James Hayter up front again, which he's pleased about and I'm pleased about.

"Chelsea have a couple of tournaments abroad they've committed to and they're keen to take their youngsters away. But we're thankful for the time we've got Jack and Ryan here.

"Ryan Bertrand tweaked a muscle in the warm-up so we didn't want to risk him. Shaun Cooper felt his hamstring half an hour into the game and was taken off as a precaution more than anything else.

"Curtis Allen was set to go out on loan, but I decided to keep him here for the meantime. We've got a few injuries and today was a chance to show what he could do. He did himself no harm at all."
