I thought we did as well as we could. They are an excellent side, the best I've seen this season and I think they've proved that. It was difficult to open them up and we were trying to be as solid as we could be because they are a capable side and create chances.

I thought we played with a lot of confidence and its difficult when you lose players. It's just disappointing you can't get the results, but I've been delighted with the performances.

You can see why they scored seven against Bristol City and I watched the match against MK Dons and that could have been another seven. They created a lot of chances tonight and I thought we defended really well.

They defended deeply and made us pass the ball. Without a big man we can't launch it and I thought we passed the ball about quite well, but we lacked that cutting edge. It's a young side, but I thought generally we played well and the better side won.
