Cherries manager Sean O'Driscoll has urged everyone at the club to stick together and 'make this a successful season' despite admitting to having fewer resources than last year.

Last season saw Bournemouth in promotion contention right up until the final whistle of the campaign and more goals scored in a season for almost fifty years. Sean is hoping for more of the same after yesterday's 2-2 draw at MK Dons.

Reviewing the game the gaffer said, "I thought our general display was excellent and we controlled the game. I was disappointed with the first goal, but McLeod wouldn't look out of place in a higher division so you've got to give him credit for that."

"We played with a lot of purpose, a lot of belief and balance. We had an eleven minute spell where we were all over the place. The players know that as well, but I was pleased with the end and the way we kept going. Their fitness is really good, we kept believing and could have won it in the end."

"We've had nine games in pre-season and reciprocated a lot of favours from last season when we couldn't play at home. The lads have had a lot of minutes of football and they looked sharp."

"We've got two tough games at home now. The players are trying to stick together and we need everyone at the club to stick together and see if we can make this a successful season with even fewer resources than we had last year."
