Despite the result Sean O'Driscoll was again pleased with his team following last night's trip to Watford.

Sean's post match comments can be found below.

We played as well as we normally play and it didn't surprise me. There was a lot of emotion before the game and I thought they handled it really well. The lads are as disappointed as they were on Saturday to lose by an odd goal.

If you speak to Ray I'm sure he'll say Watford deserved to win the game, but I thought we created the better chances and controlled the game. We played the way we wanted to play and I thought they had to react to that.

We had a difficult ninety minutes on Saturday in unbelievable heat and I thought to play again on Tuesday we coped really well. Our game plan is to pass the ball and we do that every time we play, we've just got to finish teams off now.

Wade is an honest player and he felt he was pulled back and thought the linesman saw it, not the referee. He thought the linesman bottled it as they say in football. There are a few tired legs out there, but we've got to refuel and get the strength back in the legs and after two difficult results it'll take an effect physically and mentally.

Marcus has tweaked an ankle, but we'll put some ice on it and hopefully it won't be too bad.
