Manager Lee Bradbury gave his thought's after the 2-1 win over Tranmere at the Seward Stadium:
"It took us 20 minutes to get going and it doesn't please me that we had to come from behind again. Credit to Tranmere, they came out of the traps quickly and made it really difficult for us. After the initial 20 minutes, I was pleased with us. We had a good urgency about our play, moved the ball quickly and caused them problems.
I'm disappointed that we didn't have another goal before the break from Marc Pugh. I looked at the DVD after the game and he was four yards onside with the centre half playing him on, and I can't understand why the flag went up.
It was all about character, discipline and keeping our shape. I spoke to the lads at half time and said they we don't need to go out and win 3-1. 4-1, all we needed was to keep a clean sheet in the second half. The longer the game goes, they will push on and opportunities will arrive for us to get them on the break and I thought we played that well, especially in the second half.
It was very difficult today with the wind. I think it would have been hard to appreciate from the stands what a big part the wind had to play. It did affect us a little bit, and it was important to keep the ball on the grass and pass it, and when we did that, we looked the better side.
It gives us a goal difference of plus one, and although that is a small margin, it's a big positive. We have come from minus eight to that and we've turned it round. That is because we are putting a shift in week in and week out and fair play to the boys because we are getting the results."
