Kevin Bond had his say on Cherries' 3-1 defeat at Carlisle United.

Here is what Kevin had to say:

"I'm obviously disappointed to come away from a game without getting anything. I thought we played well, but their pace caught us out early on. We defended atrociously from a set-piece but I thought we always looked like we might cause them some problems and we did. David McGoldrick has done so fantastic for us but by his own admission today he had three or four fantastic chances. We got ourselves back in it and I really thought we might get something from the game.

"I'm bitterly disappointed because I want to pick something up from all the games but I've seen Carlisle play and I think they are a team in form at the moment. The whole side works their socks off and they'll give everybody problems. They gave us problems but I thought we gave them problems as well so I'm disappointed.

"I thought the front two when they came on in the second-half, Brett Pitman and Sam Vokes, did ever so well. We just needed to try to change it to try to get us back in the game if we could. We got ourselves back into the game and had other opportunities where maybe on another day we might have drawn level. We were pressing to get the equaliser and they do us on the counter-attack with ten minutes to go.

"You're going to have setbacks so people need to be realistic, it was, and still is, very much the only goal - to get enough points to keep us out of the trouble and then see where we go from there. And then build hopefully, for the future, but I'm obviously disappointed but I thought we gave as good as we got.

"It's very frustrating that we are just not safe yet, we can't sit here and wait for all the other teams to fall over to get us over the line. We've got to do it ourselves, and they have, the lads have done it themselves over the last few weeks, they have done really well. Today was disappointing so we need to gather ourselves back again and have a right go against Swansea on Saturday. "
