Mark Molesley has been given the go ahead to start his rehabilitation after seeing a consultant on Monday.  The midfielder  missed the majority of last season and had two operations on a foot problem, but how has his protective boot off at last.

Cherries physio Steve Hard told www.afcb.co.uk, "Mark had a ten week post operation consultation on Monday.  He had a CT scan to see the extent of the damage to the ankle and the consultant was very pleased with what has happened since the operation.  He gave him the go ahead to get out of the boot that he has been in and commence rehab and start running.

He now has to get used to walking without the big boot on his foot and build up the muscles in his leg, because they have wasted in the time he has been on crutches.  We now need to step up his rehab and we are still looking at a couple of months.

We haven't put a definite timescale.  We have been given the go ahead to start his running, bu we need to build up the muscles in his leg first and we want to take our time.  It is not a case of yes he can run, so he will.  It's going to take a long time, so we are looking September, October, but it could be longer.  We don't want to rush things because he has had a couple of operations in the last year and it will take time."
