The Football Coaching Programme is in its third year, and is growing year by year. The course runs in partnership with The Bournemouth and Poole College and the AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust. The programme aims to give young people the opportunity to work towards nationally recognised qualifications and to get involved in various Community Sports Trust projects.

A mixture of theory and practical work, the course will give the necessary skills to students who may wish pursue a career in coaching or progress onto further sports studies at The College.

The inaugural course has proved to be popular with those participating (present and past), with learns already gaining qualifications including:
FA Level 1 Coaching Award.
NVQ Level 1 in Sport, Recreation and Allied Occupations.
Safeguarding Children Certificate.
Emergency Aid Award.
