Roast Norfolk turkey, pigs in blankets and a red wine jus, Scottish salmon escalope with horseradish and beetroot puree, piedmontese pepper with a rocket salad and olive tapenade.

Sweet chestnut pavlova, amalfi lemon tart with vanilla crème fraiche, spiced poached pear with a Chantilly mille-feuille.

All main course dishes come with seasonal vegetables and roasted new potatoes.
