Season tickets: How to renew

Season ticket holders can now renew their season tickets for the 2018/19 campaign.

Holders have until 5pm on Monday 18th June to secure their seat for next season. 

Once the deadline has passed, any non-renewed season tickets will be released and current holders will have the opportunity to move their seat to any available on Friday 22nd June.

Online

Online renewal is the easiest process and allows you to renew your season ticket without completing a paper form. Please see the following easy step-by-step guide:

Access your online account here. 

Go to the “My Account” section of the website where you will be asked to enter your username and password. If you do not already have a username and password set up, please contact the ticket office.

At this point, please verify your personal details, including your e-mail address, so that we can keep you up to date with future information about your 2018/19 season ticket. 

Once you have logged in and verified your personal details, you will be able to find your season ticket renewal in the “Offers” section of your “My Account” page. 

Check the seat details are as you would expect and then click “Add to Order”, your season ticket will then be added to your basket and you will be able to complete your purchase. 

By completing an online renewal you are accepting our ticket terms and conditions; these can be viewed at www.afcb.co.uk or https://tickets.afcb.co.uk. 

In person

You can visit the ticket office to renew your season ticket; if this is your preferred option, you will need to complete the enclosed form in full and bring it with you. The club reserves the right to require proof of eligibility i.e. proof of age or full-time student status.

By phone

You will also be able to renew your season ticket by phone via the 0344 576 1910 number (option 1). If you would like to phone the ticket office to renew your season ticket, please ensure that you have your customer number and seat details to hand.

V12 Spread payment scheme

As with last season, there will also be the option to spread the cost of your season ticket by using the V12 season ticket finance scheme, offering supporters the choice of a 4, 7 or 10-month repayment term.
