He grabbed his fourth assist in three games when turned provider for Kieffer Moore. Tavernier kept the ball live and Moore threw himself at the ball to find the net.
Jaidon Anthony came off the bench in the 68th minute and scored the third goal in the 69th minute, heading home from Lewis Cook's free-kick.
