AFC Bournemouth will be inviting applications from local charities to become an official partner for the 2018/19 season.

Throughout the current campaign, Dorset Cancer Care Foundation, Cherry Tree Nursery, Dorset Children’s Foundation and the Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy have all benefited from support from AFC Bournemouth and will continue to do so until the end of the season.

There are four categories from which the Cherries will be selecting a charity for the 2018/19 campaign, with the details as follows.

  • AFC Bournemouth Supporters’ Charity, voted for by Cherries fans.
  • Junior Cherries’ Charity, voted for by Junior Cherries members.
  • AFC Business’ Charity, voted for by members of the business club.
  • AFC Bournemouth Club Charity, voted for by employees.

The chosen charities will benefit from receiving signed merchandise, match tickets, fundraising from selected club events and the club’s support in helping to raise the profile and awareness of each organisation.

Charities must also be locally registered and benefit the people living in the Dorset and Hampshire area, with partnerships running from 1st July 2018 to 30th June 2019.

Applications are now open and will close on 30th April 2018, whilst voting will take place throughout May.

To apply to be one of AFC Bournemouth’s chosen charities for the 2018/19 season, just fill in the application form here before 30th April.
