Bar and waiting staff
Black Label Events at AFC Bournemouth are currently looking to recruit bar, waiting and box staff for the 2018/19 season.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated individuals with a hard-working positive approach, a polite manner and excellent attention to detail to work matchdays.
Previous experience within a quality, fast-paced catering environment is preferable, as staff members are required to display initiative and calmness under pressure. A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude are also prerequisites.
Due to a potentially sporadic fixture list and the nature of hospitality, you will need to be flexible regarding shift times and dates. With regards to your availability, matchdays fall mainly on weekends and occasionally on weekday evenings, it is therefore essential that you are flexible regarding shift timings.
As a rough guide, weekend matchday shifts will be approximately 10am through to 8pm, with midweek matchday shifts 4pm through to 12am.

Concourse staff (Season 2018/19)
Black Label Events are recruiting staff to serve food, confectionery, hot and cold drinks and more throughout the stadium concourses for the 2018/19 season.
The shifts are approximately between four and eight hours on home matchdays only.
Staff will be expected to work at a fast pace. Duties include handling cash, using tills, recording information, replenishing stock and ensuring your work area is clean and tidy. You will also be expected to handle food and this can include an element of cooking.
You will be expected to work as part of a team, as there are 18 concourse bars and kiosk throughout the stadium. Customer care is very important to us, so you will be expected to be polite and helpful to all individual customers.
Rate of pay is dependent on age. There are opportunities for pay increments if you become a bar supervisor and we are currently recruiting for bar supervisors and bar staff, however this can be discussed and reviewed when we feel your quality of work is at supervisor level.
Experience is a bonus but not essential, as full training given onsite.

Matchday chefs
Black Label Events are currently looking for experienced chefs to join the team. This is a part-time position for matchdays and the day prior to matchdays only. Approximately 16 to 20 hours.
Excellent hourly rates of pay for experienced candidates.
