Fantasy Premier League was back in full flow on the weekend, with no international fixtures and all 20 top flight teams in action.

With plenty of goals and a number of clean sheets, the points kept coming for many users, with an average gameweek score of 48.

Greg S. moves back to the top of the Cherries’ fan league after playing his wildcard this week.

It certainly paid off after a score of 71, with the points evenly distributed throughout his side.

At the back, clean sheets for David De Gea and Shkodran Mustafi saw the pair gather a combined score of 14, whilst both captain Mo Salah and Marko Arnautovic, who scored a brace for West Ham, hit double figures for Greg’s side.

Up top, the points kept flowing, firstly via Jamie Vardy after his goal for Leicester, and secondly through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, whose two goals bagged him 13 points.

Closely behind Greg is Annie Fish, who also played her wildcard and recorded a score of 69 points.

Again, De Gea and Mustafi featured in her defence, whilst Liverpool’s Andy Robertson was also prominent, gaining eight points for his winning assist.

Salah was also selected as captain, meaning that an extra 14 were added to her total, whilst Son-Heung Min earned an extra five points for teeing up Dele Alli against Chelsea.

From the strike force, the points came in a similar fashion to Greg, with Aubameyang and Vardy both producing.

Despite it hotting up nicely at the top of the Cherries fan league, it was actually Kads D. who sits 23,351st in the table, that scored highest out of AFC Bournemouth supporters this week.

Despite the up front pairing of Roberto Firmino and Jay Rodriguez scoring a combined total of just four points, Kads’ decision of playing five at the back turned out to be a wise one with all players recorded high scores.

Chris Smalling, Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal all scored six points for their clean sheets, whilst Victor Moses and Jamaal Lascelles bagged a combined total of 9 points.

However, the best defensive move for Kads came in the form of goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel, who saved a penalty and and made a string of blocks to earn a remarkable 15 points.

That wasn’t the only good decision, though. The choice to triple captain Arnautovic in midfield saw the Hammers man bag an excellent 48 points, to help Kads surge up the league!
