Three winners will be drawn at random from all those who complete the survey, which aims to gain an understanding of the Cherries supporters and aid the club to market itself to the best effect.
Data collected will be analysed by Bournemouth University students and AFC Bournemouth to make recommendations for future marketing and club campaigns.
The survey, which can be found below, comprises of 26 questions which will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Email addresses given will be used solely for the purpose of the prize draw, and will not be distributed to other parties.
The survey will stay open until the end of January with prize winners announce soon afterwards.
