Daniels has put pen to paper on a new three-and-a-half year deal with the Cherries and admitted that he couldn’t wait to sign on to extend his stay on the south coast.
"It’s exciting and it’s a great honour to be offered a new deal," Daniels told Cherries Player HD.
"It’s not been going on too long and once everything was sorted I couldn’t wait to sign.
"I feel very privileged that the club have kept a lot of the team that got us here to the Premier League together and if we’re doing well, it’s important to keep the nucleus together.
"It's been a great journey and build up from League One and I’m really looking forward to helping us to go on even further."
Daniels has made 156 appearances for the Cherries, with 25 of those coming this season in the Barclays Premier League.
The 29-year-old has received acclaim for his performances so far this term, but is eager to continue working hard to keep improving in the top flight.
"I feel it's been going well so far," Daniels continued.
"I've embraced it and worked very hard over the summer to get myself in the right shape and right mentality.
"During my time here, Ian Harte was the one who brought a lot out of me last season, I learnt a lot off him when I watched him.
"I feel as though I'm playing my best football now. Playing in the Premier League is what I’ve always wanted to do and I need to keep working hard to keep improving."
