The Cherries trio were present at the sports retailer’s store on Commercial Road to pose for photos, sign autographs and meet supporters on Wednesday 17th February.
The event was so popular at the recently opened store that Afobe, Wiggins and Smith, who were joined by club legend Steve Fletcher, stayed well over an hour later than when they were due to leave to make sure every supporter went home happy.
Amy Marks, partnerships executive, said: "It’s always great to get the players into the local community.
"They were brilliant with the supporters, they didn't want anyone to miss out so they chose to stay a lot longer than what was expected with them without any fuss.
"That’s a real credit to them and we’re pleased that supporters were able to meet their heroes."
JD Sports have backed the Cherries as official shirt suppliers for the Championship winning campaign and the inaugural Barclays Premier League season.
