Sam Surridge's hat-trick earned the Cherries their win at the Pirates in their latest Central League fixture.
After the game, Mark Molesley told afcb.co.uk
about the win and the impressive possession-based style that his side utilises.
"It was a job well done in the end," he said. "The boys applied themselves well in what were warm summer conditions and on a hard pitch.
"It comes from a lot of hard work on the training ground and also a lot of bravery from the boys that they all want to come and play on the ball.
"That's the way we do it at Bournemouth, the way we train every day and they should be proud to go out and play like that."
Surridge's goals wrote the headlines in Bristol, with Molesley also keen to share the credit around his side.
He said: "Both of Surridge's headers were superb, keeping his hang time as well as holding off against defenders and then still angling his headers right into the corners with both of them.
"They were two good finishes but also two good assists came from Jordan Green. All-in-all from the chances we created and the goals we scored we fully deserved the win.
"The clean sheet's an added bonus, that's something for the defenders and the 'keeper that they work so hard for."
