With the Easter break this weekend here's a look at some supporter matters at the club

The Cherries' Supporters Liaison Officer Liz Finney gives details on fan matters at Vitality Stadium.

Notes of the last General Focus Group meeting
The group came together for its second meeting with Dan Clarke, our ticketing manager, joining me to represent the club and Gary Hickson there on behalf of Cherries Trust.

Dan’s presence prompted a focus on ticketing but once again the meeting covered a wide spectrum of supporter issues.

Thanks to everyone for giving up their time to be part of this process – it is much appreciated.

The notes from the meeting can be read by clicking here.

Telephone Lines
Supporters will notice when phoning the club that we have updated our phone prompts to better handle incoming calls.

Wednesday was a busy on-sale day and gave us the opportunity to review the changes made and to plan further improvements.

Feedback from supporters who used the telephone sales booking line yesterday or who do so over the coming weeks would be appreciated, please email liz.finney@afcb.co.uk.

Tickets
We will be issuing updated ticket terms and conditions shortly. These will include the potential for the ticket office to suspend supporter accounts where a breach of terms and conditions has occurred and the suspension can be up to a of maximum of one season per infringement.

These terms and conditions will also expand on the football authorities’ regulations on ticket touting.

As seen from the notes of the General Focus Group meeting, this item was covered and the consensus was that the club should take a firm approach on those supporters who try to work outside of the points system.

Players Signing Session
Supporters started to arrive from 12:30pm and over 300 supporters, young and not so young, came to meet Jack Wilshere and Benik Afobe.

The queue flowed well and supporters were given the opportunity whilst waiting to purchase various items of merchandise, including photos of Jack and Benik, before every fan who came was able to meet the players in person to have something signed.

It was lovely to see so many supporters turn out and thanks to both Jack and Benik for their time.
