AFC Bournemouth
AC Milan will visit the south coast on Saturday 3rd September (kick off 3pm) at Vitality Stadium, in the first international break of the Premier League season.
The club are putting on the game to reward Cummings, who played over 300 times for Bournemouth and was also part of the promotion winning teams of 2003 and 2010 and the Great Escape team of 2009.
"I'm really excited that people have got together to put this game on for me and am hugely grateful to Eddie Howe, Jeff Mostyn and Neill Blake for allowing it to happen,” Cummings said.
"AFC Bournemouth was my football career and to be able to go back and be involved in such a prestigious occasion means a huge amount to me. I'm incredibly honoured and humbled.”
