Camp joined the Cherries on an initial month long loan at the end of October, following injury to West Ham loanee Stephen Henderson, and has gone on to impress in performances against Bolton Wanderers, Burnley and Derby County.
The stopper will now remain at the Goldsands Stadium until January 1st.
“I’m really happy,” Camp told afcb.co.uk. “I’m enjoying playing football and I’m just glad the two clubs have been able to get everything agreed.
“I haven’t played for a while but I feel as if I’ve hit the ground running.
“It’s always been the idea to come in and play games and hopefully help the football club out.
“Whether its short medium or long term you can’t predict the future, but I’ve got an opportunity to play and give a good account of myself.
“Hopefully if I can do that, Bournemouth will benefit from it and I’ll benefit.”
