AFC Bournemouth has had a highly successful year with over 185,000 visitors to the ground, from corporate guests enjoying the function rooms and hospitality packages, to supporters of the highly successful team.
They have secured new partnerships with businesses including The Energy Consulting Group who have signed up to a three season deal as shirt sponsor, Goldsands Management who have been secured as the new Stadium sponsor for two seasons, while also renewing existing partnerships such as Beales who have renewed their support to the Saturday Soccer Club. There have also been celebrations as Black Label Events claimed the npower League One best match day experience award at the Football Hospitality Awards, and Commercial Director Rob Mitchell was appointed to the board of directors.
During this time, DCCI have welcomed new benefits and events to their already extensive membership package, welcomed new Patrons on board and continued offering support and business opportunities to companies in Dorset. The team at DCCI were also delighted to see their Chief Executive Peter Scott awarded an MBE for his services to International Trade and Business in Dorset.
AFC Bournemouth have used the benefits within the Premier Partner package to build on its already extensive business contacts, promote its premier venue, events and corporate opportunities, as well as represent the business community at DCCI events and support efforts to develop the local economy. DCCI have also reaped the benefits through access to the club’s conference and sport facilities, using these to entertain members through hospitality packages, and have had the opportunity to promote membership to the club’s corporate clients.
