The first and second year scholars will have their own training pitch in the early months of the new campaign at the Christchurch-based sporting venue.
The new facilities will be well maintained by the Chapel Gate staff and exclusive to the youth team, encouraging an attractive style of football which assistant manager Shaun Brooks first implemented.
Until then, the players will train at Parley as they continue their pre-season regime.
Head of youth John Donoghue said, "The problem we've had over the years has been that we play an attractive style of football on the ground.
"But the fact that we've been sharing pitches with other local teams in bad weather means we can't always play the good football that we'd like to.
"As we thought it was key to play on the best possible pitches, we asked Chapel Gate if we can play on three pitches with some training areas around it to be able to govern our own pitches.
"It enables us to get the youth team down there as a full time training venue. It gives the under 8s to under 16s games on the weekends and training on the grass in the evenings too.
"As well as pitches, we'll have some dedicated changing areas. We'll have a lounge area for the players and also some little areas for our staff to plan and organise sessions."
Simon Stewert, general manager at Chapel Gate said, "I am delighted to formally welcome AFC Bournemouth to Chapel Gate.
"We pride ourselves on offering first class facilities and we are really pleased that AFC Bournemouth have recognised our commitment to excellence by wanting to use the club.
"I am really keen to see the facilities develop over the time AFC Bournemouth are with us and see this relationship forming as long term partnership."
Donoghue was also keen to credit Brooks for first employing the attractive brand of football, and says that it was his predecessor's idea to play at the nearby sports venue.
"The Chapel Gate idea was from Shaun's (Brooks) instigation, and it will give us a real base for the youth team.
"It will definitely be easier to enhance our style of play, so we're really looking forward to training down there."
