Molesley, who spent the end of last season on loan at Aldershot, can’t wait for the season to get going again under Paul Groves and Shaun Brooks.
The former Hayes midfielder says he has enjoyed his summer so far, including the birth of his second child.
He told afcb.co.uk, "It's been a nice summer especially as my wife has had another child - so that was great.
"Now my focus is on pre-season – but I would be lying if I said that all footballers enjoyed it! It's a hard slog but you've got to put in the work to get the rewards.”
Molesley also added that he is eagerly anticipating the squad’s pre-season trip to Spain on Friday.
"Hopefully there will be some sun in Spain as I haven't seen any in a while! A change of scenery is good though as it freshens your mind so I'm looking forward to it,” he said.
"All of the friendlies after that pose different challenges, but the main thing is to try and improve your fitness and your game as the pre-season goes on to make sure we’re in top form come August.
"We've got a good squad and a good staff base so I think it's exciting times and we're all looking forward to the season.”
