Cork & Bertrand named in Olympic squad

Former Cherries loanees Jack Cork and Ryan Bertrand have been named in the Great Britain football squad for the Olympics.

The pair were signed on loan from Chelsea by Kevin Bond during the 2006/07 season and impressed in their time at Dean Court.

Bertrand, who started the Champions League final in May, made seven appearances for the Cherries, while Cork made a further two.

Stuart Pearce's 18 man squad kick-off their campaign for a gold medal at Old Trafford on Thursday 26^th July.2012
