MENTalk

In 2019, the Community Sports Trust, in partnership with Wessex Cancer Trust launched monthly MENTalk meetings at Vitality Stadium. The meetings, which are only for men, involved a qualified counsellor who was on hand to discuss different matters with the group.

The group meet on Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am for a 40 minute catch up, while a in-person meeting takes place at Vitality Stadium on the first Thursday of each month at 7.30pm.

MYTIME Young Carers

AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust are working in partnership with MYTIME Young Carers to offer support to the young people involved in the charity.

As part of the partnership, the Trust offer workshops on topics including Internet Safety and Healthy Lifestyles for the young people to take part in, alongside this, there are also opportunities to take part in football activities during evenings and school holidays.

Senior Cherries 

A walk is arranged in a different location on the third Thursday of every month. The walks are roughly 5km and often include a chance to sit down and enjoy a drink at a local cafe. 

These are open to anyone over 50. Quiz and coffee mornings are also held for the group over Easter and Christmas.
